posting permission in tank talk

I have an error when I try and post in the tank talk section, saying:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /phpBB/posting.php on this server.
Apache Server at thetropicaltank.co.uk Port 80


I'm trying to post a reply to a thread I started: http://thetropicaltank.co.uk/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=15605

with a pic ( within size range ) and 4 links to other pics ( the pic is full length of the tank so want that as a pic, the other 4 are links so to save people having to scroll for ages)

Any idea why it's not letting me post it?

It's probably the number of links you're trying to post, it's limited as an anti-spam measure.
