As they are only available in the US and most of our members are from the UK, Europe and "Down Under" - I doubt many people have even heard of them :?
All the advice I give is based on my own personal 30 years of experience.

When I kept tropical fish in the late 1970's/early 1980's the then secretary of the local aquarist society - a work colleague of mine - kept North American native fish. I believe he went over to the US to collect his own.

I've not heard of anyone else here in the UK keeping North American native fish. Are any species a practical proposition for an outdoor pond on the south coast of England?
