An Orange Thingymibob UPDATE!!!

Postby Carolann » Sat Feb 16, 2013 5:47 pm

Just been to my local pet shop to get some plants and a few small fish.
Got 3 more Neons and saw a neon size orange thingymibob in a tank with a couple of gouramis , so as you do i asked what it was , its a thingymibob said the lady, she has fish her self and has no idea what it is , it must be some cross bred so it came home with me on the strict understanding if it grows to the size of a great white she has it back, she didnt charge me for it. As i say it it is similar size to neon but bright orange with a red stripe down its side, anybody like to hazard a guess.

It is very slimline fins are very shallow , it will be interesting to see how it develops.

Hi Stuart.
I called in to see the lady who owns shop offered to pay her for fish now we know what it is, she wouldnt take anything for it, needless to say I will shop there again think she is what I would call a nice person.
I have read that these Glow light danios arnt that common dont know if that is correct, it has joined up with the Rummy nosed.
