What sort of eggs? Sticky? Use a small airline. If parents are guarding the eggs you don't want to disturb them or they will eat the eggs. Most eggs only take up to 36 hours to hatch so wait until there are fry then siphon using the airline.
Remember many fry rely on the egg sac for food for 3 or 4 days too so don't remove their food source!

If you have food going like that then you are over feeding. All uneaten food should be removed before it can foul the water.
