So how does this sound for a 200l tank 100x40x50cm

Scarlet badis x2male x6female
Pygmy cory x10
Panda cory x6
Honey gourami x2male x6female
Harlequin rasbora x16
Red-tailed rasbora x16
Cherry shrimp x2

Too many fish for a tank that size I would say offhand. I would stick to one species of corys and one of rasboras.
I don't know anything about shrimp as we don't get them in my country. Some countries only have male badis badis so you may have trouble finding females.
Dwarf gouramis have been having problems lately with many fish keepers reporting unexplained deaths.

4 Pygmy corries would be lost in a 180L tank, as would 2 RCS, drop the Pygmy's and get a few more shrimps :)
