They are pre adhesive so they been stuck to the light unit under the hood! Why do you advise against it?

From what the description says in the link and given the price I don't think they are waterproof, doubtful even repellent, given the moisture that tends to build up in the 'hood' I wouldn't want to be plugging that into my mains :wink:

The strip them self are sealed and waterproof put the connectors that join the strips arent so i used a clear fish tank sealant over the top of them :wink:
