We want to get as many as possible. It's fantastic to see so many nationalities involved. We'll keep going as long as we can.

Print out the text of the petition and take it to the manager of the shop.
Don't let your mind wander. It's too small to be let out on its own.

I know this has been going on for a long time and was just wondering if there was anywere that had a list of outlets that sell dyed fish.

That way we could all make sure we never use them, even by accident.

I bought when i was a totally inexperienced keeper some indian glassfish which had remarkable colours ,blue, green, yellow or red only to discover days later small chunks of this colouring was appearing at the bottm of my tank......i also got dragged in by some giant gouramis that had distinctive purple scales again they faded with age and growth and also were the worst purchase i have ever made

Right now I'm in the usa florida on holiday/vacation and today I went to a store along the freeway called the pet supermarket and I was shocked to find that it sold dyed fish. In all my years of fishkeeping I have never come across a single dyed fish in any of the pet/ aqauatic shops that ived been to, but I instantly knew that these were dyed fish. Blue chilchids, orange corydoras catfish, I even saw a yellow/orange danio staring hopelessly through the algae-stained glass at me. I really wanted to go up to any of the staff in there and seriouy curse them. When I got back into ther car my brothers reaction was "how is it creaul? They don't know theyver been dyed." I nearlly slapped him.

Io can't wait to see the faces of the staff of my local fish shop when I tell them about this, as there part of practical fishkeeping magazines no dyed fish campain, and yours on this forum.

Stop people dying fish!
