Right now I'm in the usa florida on holiday/vacation and today I went to a store along the freeway called the pet supermarket and I was shocked to find that it sold dyed fish. In all my years of fishkeeping I have never come across a single dyed fish in any of the pet/ aqauatic shops that ived been to, but I instantly knew that these were dyed fish. Blue chilchids, orange corydoras catfish, I even saw a yellow/orange danio staring hopelessly through the algae-stained glass at me. I really wanted to go up to any of the staff in there and seriouy curse them. When I got back into ther car my brothers reaction was "how is it creaul? They don't know theyver been dyed." I nearlly slapped him.
Io can't wait to see the faces of the staff of my local fish shop when I tell them about this, as there part of practical fishkeeping magazines no dyed fish campain, and yours on this forum.
Stop people dying fish!
