i noticed something you missed.... but i dont want you to hate me for pointing it out!
after turning the power off you should wait 15-20 mins for the heater to cool down.
other than that it was excellent, unfortunately i have to let the water im putting in my tank rest over night because the pH rises (where did i get that idea? i wonder

). not too much of a problem now but when i get my bigger tank (when the missus lets me) i'll be using a pump from an old filter to suck the water from my big water container into the tank, otherwise it could be pretty time consuming!
