The easiest way to help people realise the potential of the fish is to show them. Go to a fish shop that stocks fish for ponds and are already a good 8" long! Once you know their potential size (and have seen it) it's hard to look at a 1" goldfish in a bowl and not be reminded that you're preventing it from getting to that size.

i had my dwarf puffers in with my neons for a while before moving them to a separate tank.. you'll find the dwarf puffers will nip at the red part of the tetras.. assuming they think its a bloodworm maybe? Laughing

Laughing i was 15 when i started forking money out for my rio 300 which still isn't finished and ive put about £450 into it so far and i still have to buy an fx5/405 and more fish! Shocked
