Indian Mudskipper tank

Periopthalmus novemradiatus Wolf Fish tank

This tank houses Indian Mudskippers, Periopthalmus novemradiatus,
one of the smaller and more peaceful mudskippers.

Tank Size (LxWxH) 36 x 12 x 15" / 92 x 30 x 38cm
Volume Nominal: 21 imp gallons/25 US gallons/95 litres
Actual fill level approx 10 imp gallons (45 litres).
Filtration Eheim Ecco 2232 canister filter.
Heating Heated room plus Hagen Tronic 50W heater with guard.
Lighting Low - fluorescent room lighting only.
Substrate Thin layer of aquarium sand.
Decor Slate rockforms, 'Turtle Dock' platform, Bogwood.
Background 3-D effect artificial background.
Water parameters Temp=26oC ; pH=7.8 ; s.g.= approx. 1.008
30% water change every week.
Fish stock 8 Indian Mudskippers (Periopthalmus novemradiatus).
Feeding Bloodworm, krill, brine shrimp, mysis, flake and granular foods.
