This tank houses 2 species of Polypterus and a Knifefish (Notopterus notopterus).

Volume 64 imp gallons/77 US gallons/290 litres
Filtration Eheim Pro-II 2028 external canister filter and Hagen Trio 2000 internal filter.
Heating Heated room
Lighting Low - fluorescent room lighting only.
Substrate Thin layer of aquarium sand
Decor Bogwood, artificial plants.
Background 3-D effect artificial background
Water parameters Temp=26oC ; pH=6.8-7.2 ; GH=4 ; KH=3
25% water change every week.
Fish stock 2 Polypterus buettikoferi (approx 9")
